I’m not a licensed psychotherapist or psychologist. My background is integrative: I’ve trained in coaching, somatic therapy, trauma-informed care, and spiritual healing, and I continue to deepen through ongoing clinical supervision and CPD across therapeutic, coaching, and systemic fields.
I haven’t followed the traditional path toward licensure, because I’ve found many institutional models to be either too pathologising, too rigid, or not responsive to real-world complexity. Instead, I’ve built a method that reflects the needs I see in my clients; drawing from multiple disciplines, and refined through years of direct client work.
You could say I’m a coach, a counsellor, a healer, a psychosomatic therapist — but I don’t sit neatly in one category. My work is structured, relational, and trauma-informed. It meets people where they are, and helps them move toward more wholeness, safety, and clarity — on their own terms.
