All coaching services and communication, email or otherwise, delivered by Tanya, as well as information on this website (tanyamaster.com) are meant to help you hold space for, observe and reflect upon the areas in your life and in your thinking that may be preventing you from experiencing greater well-being and moving forward. Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care.

The methods employed by Tanya Master do not guarantee results. The client agrees, therefore, to hold the coach free of any liability and responsibility for adverse reactions as a result of advice given in the coaching sessions.
All Coaching Sessions and Coaching Plans are scheduled by you, the client, in advance via the booking system at www.tanyamaster.com or in a direct agreement between you and Tanya. If you have confirmed a 3-month coaching plan, it is important to redeem your selected amount of sessions within the same month the plan provides. For example, if you have chosen the 3-sessions per month plan, all three sessions need to be redeemed within one month, before the new month starts and a new set of 3 sessions becomes available. If, for some reason, you are unable to redeem all sessions within the allocated month, you can contact Tanya in advance to arrange for the session to be redeemed at a later agreed-upon date.
In the event that you cannot attend a scheduled Coaching Session, it is your responsibility to inform Tanya and arrange a new appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the session being deemed forfeit. Please reschedule using the booking system at tanyamaster.com or via email (and receive a confirmation or reply).
FORMAT OF SESSIONS
Unless otherwise agreed, for Zoom video conference sessions, the client is responsible for joining via the Zoom invite link at agreed-upon times. Tanya is responsible for ensuring that she is available for consultation at agreed times. The length of each session is as agreed between Tanya and the client before coaching sessions commence.
Tanya’s current single Coaching Session fee and fees for Coaching Plans/Memberships are as per advertised on Tanya’s website or as per what’s been agreed upon and notified to the client via written or verbal communication. Tanya will confirm the fees with the client during the initial Discovery Call. Fees will also be reflected at purchase and checkout through the booking system and client account at tanyamaster.com, as well as on invoices.
The charge for coaching sessions and plans will be charged upfront, for single sessions, or on a monthly basis in advance of that month’s session in the amount specified on the company website or as agreed upon in writing between the company and client. The total amount is payable through the company website.
Payments can be paid online by debit or credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Giropay or by online bank transfer via Klarna. Where invoices are requested by the client, they will be sent by e-mail unless otherwise requested.
COMMUNICATION BETWEEN SESSIONS
The client may contact Tanya by e-mail between sessions to seek clarification regarding anything arising from a coaching session, to share wins, seek clarity, review minor issues, seek necessary support, or for administrative purposes (e.g. where a client needs to rearrange a coaching session or make a payment). Additional coaching can also be provided between sessions but there will be an additional charge for this. Tanya will always advise a client in advance if the nature of a client’s contact is likely to incur an additional charge and no such charges will be imposed without the client’s agreement.
TERMS OF SUBSCRIPTIONS/COACHING PLANS/PAYMENT PLANS
Coaching Plans, Packages and Memberships are created and sold as whole packages and cannot be altered or partially completed in any way.
These services are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or the company cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting Tanya directly.
A valid payment method, including credit card or Apple Pay, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide the company with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize the company to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, the company will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
CHANGES TO SERVICES
Tanya can at any time modify Single Session fees, Subscription fees, Memberships and Coaching Plans. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. Tanya will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective. Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
Clients have the right to cancel payment at any time before coaching sessions are scheduled. However, once a coaching plan has been purchased and paid for, refunds will not be possible if no sessions have been redeemed by the client. It is the client's responsibility to book their coaching sessions within the monthly cycles provided.
Cancellations can only be made if the client communicates their intention to cancel prior to payments being facilitated. To request a cancellation, please provide written notice by sending an email to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org. The cancellation email must be received before the scheduled coaching session.
