When you book a complimentary introductory call, Strategic Deep Dive or other consultation service, Tanya may collect information through booking and intake forms. This may include your name, contact details, general location, information about what brings you to the work, relevant personal or professional circumstances, previous experience with related approaches, desired outcomes, and any additional information you choose to provide. This information is used to manage your booking, prepare for the call or session, assess whether the service is appropriate, and provide the requested service.

WHY DOES TANYA COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?​​

• Consultation and Practice Records: Tanya maintains limited session notes and administrative records to support continuity, reflective tracking and the delivery of psychosomatic consultation services. These records are not medical, psychiatric or psychotherapy records.

• Service Improvement: Aggregated and anonymised data may be used to enhance services without identifying individual clients.
   

• Accounting Purposes: Minimal personal information may be retained for accounting purposes where necessary.​

DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY

• Retention for Introductory Calls: Information collected for complimentary introductory calls is retained for 3–6 months. If no further services are booked, it is securely deleted.

• For ongoing clients, personal information and session notes are retained for the duration of the professional relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter where necessary for business, legal, insurance or record-keeping purposes.
