What Makes This Work Different

As an IFS-informed somatic coach, I integrate Internal Family Systems with body-based work to help clients rebuild internal safety, trust, and leadership. Unlike group programs or standalone sessions, this work is:

IFS-Informed &

Somatic-Based

This work integrates parts work and psychosomatic principles at a pace your nervous system can sustain; so the shifts you make actually hold.

Three-Month Trimesters Designed for Real Change

Most clients work in 3-month trimesters, often staying for 6–9 months or longer. Deep work takes time; this container honours that.

Not Sure Where to begin?

Let’s begin with a focused 90-minute session to explore what’s showing up in your system — how certain parts express through the body, what feels missing, and what kind of support might help things move again.

The Integrative Process

Lasting change takes time. There’s no one-size-fits-all formula.
We begin where you are, and move at the pace your system can handle — with structure, clarity, and care.

Sessions often draw from:
✔️ Somatic Experiencing

✔️ Nervous-system regulation tools (polyvagal and neurodivergent-aware frameworks)
✔️ IFS Parts Work and guided inner dialogues

✔️ Psychosomatic and symbolic methods such as family constellations
✔️ Relational and trauma-informed approaches that meet your system where it is

Together, we explore what your body is holding, what your parts are protecting, and what your system is ready to let go of, so you can begin to feel what’s true, take permission to choose differently, and move forward with more coherence and capacity.

THIS WORK MAY BE FOR YOU IF:

☑️ Stuck in cycles of overthinking, overgiving, or perfectionism

☑️ Struggling with an inner critic, inner conflict, or emotional overwhelm

☑️ Dealing with chronic symptoms in your body that don’t resolve with medical care

☑️ Tired of insight without change — and ready for an approach that includes your body

☑️ Navigating burnout, boundary confusion, or relational fatigue

☑️ Neurodivergent (diagnosed or not) and seeking a trauma-aware, non-pathologising lens

☑️ Feeling disconnected, numb, or like you’re performing your way through life

☑️ Ready to explore root causes, not just surface behaviours
