Service Description
Online sessions are conducted via Zoom. You will receive a Zoom invite link for each scheduled session. For multi-session plans, sessions must be redeemed within the designated monthly period. If you are unable to use all sessions within the timeframe, please contact Tanya to arrange an extension.
Cancellation Policy
This session is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once booked. Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. You can reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice. Changes within 24 hours are non-refundable and the session is considered used. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. Payment confirms your booking and reserves your session time. This work is offered as consultation and supervision, not psychotherapy or regulated clinical treatment. It does not replace medical or psychological care.
