Service Description
This 60-minute online Introductory Session is a structured first meeting for individuals considering ongoing work. It’s designed to assess mutual fit, clarify what’s currently happening in your nervous system, relationships, or work, and begin identifying the deeper patterns shaping your symptoms, responses, or internal dynamics. This session is suitable for private clients, practitioners, leaders, founders, and individuals in transition who are seeking trauma-informed, psychosomatic, or integrative support. Together, we’ll explore whether this way of working feels like the right container for what’s emerging, and whether ongoing work would be supportive. This is a standalone consultation session. Booking does not guarantee ongoing work. If there is a mutual yes, next steps will be discussed at the end of the session. Sessions are held online via secure video call and are open to international clients.
Cancellation Policy
This session is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once booked. You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. If you request to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you miss the session entirely, the session will be marked as forfeit and the full fee will still apply. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered missed and non-refundable. This policy ensures clarity, honours the preparation required to hold this space, and supports mutual accountability.
