Practitioner Consultation & Supervision

Support for practitioners navigating stuck client dynamics, burnout, and high-stakes relational decisions.

Some of this may feel familiar in your
day-to-day:

→ Carrying more responsibility than feels sustainable, with nowhere safe to set it down

→ Difficulty separating what’s yours to hold from what belongs to others

→ Functional dissociation, numbness, or persistent tension in the body

→ Recurring burnout, vicarious trauma, or chronic psychosomatic symptoms

→ Difficult client, organisation, or team dynamics that keep repeating

Psychosomatic Consultation

If you’ve trained in IFS or somatic work but still don’t know what to do in session—or clients aren’t responding—it’s usually not the model.

It’s that the work hasn’t been integrated in your own system.

That’s the level we work at in consultation, so it becomes usable, not just understood.

Here, you are not expected to perform, teach, or manage others.
You can show up as you are.

Where to Begin

Start with a 90-minute Deep Dive Session.

This is a focused consultation where we map what is happening, identify the pattern driving it, and clarify the next step.

This session also gives you a direct experience of how the work functions before deciding on ongoing consultation.

What clients say about this work

Meet Tanya

Tanya Master works where nervous system regulation meets the realities of daily responsibility. She works with practitioners and leaders navigating complex relational dynamics under pressure.

Previously, she worked internationally in high-performance environments, which informs her understanding of responsibility, decision-making, and sustained output.

Her work integrates somatic practice, parts work, and relational frameworks to support real change in how people respond, not just what they understand.
