Tanya Master
Psychosomatic Coaching for High-Responsibility Professionals

Practitioner Consultation & Supervision

Some of this may feel familiar in your
day-to-day:
→ Carrying more responsibility than feels sustainable, with nowhere safe to set it down
→ Perfectionism, people-pleasing, and chronic boundary strain
→ Difficulty separating what’s yours to hold from what belongs to others
→ Functional dissociation, numbness, or persistent tension in the body
→ Recurring burnout, vicarious trauma, or chronic psychosomatic symptoms
→ Difficult client or team dynamics that keep repeating

Psychosomatic Consultation
This space is for clinicians and leaders who recognise that the work often extends beyond a single model or framework. If you find yourself in the thick of complex client, team, or leadership dynamics, this is a place to bring that work.
We'll explore:
✔️ How authority, responsibility, and relational pressure show up in your body
✔️ How these pressures shape your decisions and boundaries
✔️ The repeating patterns that keep you and your work stuck
✔️ What is happening internally alongside what is unfolding in your professional relationships
Here, you are not expected to perform, teach, or manage others.
You can show up as you are.
Where to Begin
All ongoing consultation containers begin with a focused Introductory Session.
This 60-minute session is where we map what you’re carrying in your work: client dynamics, countertransference, role pressure, and the structural patterns shaping your decisions. It gives us a clear sense of fit and direction before committing to an ongoing container.

Consultation Containers
Flexible 3-, 6-, or 9-session containers designed for trauma-informed, IFS-informed consultation and somatic mentoring.
📌 All consultation containers are confirmed after an Introductory Session.

What clients say about this work

Meet Tanya
Tanya Master works where nervous system regulation meets the realities of daily responsibility. She’s here for people who hold a lot—highly responsible, highly sensitive professionals—who are navigating the real pressures of complex relationships and systems.
Her work meets the whole person: psyche, soma, and identity. It draws from trauma-informed somatic practice, parts work, and attachment frameworks, grounded in years of relational experience.
Tanya has lived and worked across Germany, the UK, Australia, Canada, and the Middle East. This cross-cultural experience shapes how she sees and feels into the subtle dynamics that move beneath the surface, whether in teams or in therapeutic spaces.
Sessions are practical and relational. The focus is on restoring inner coherence, clarifying boundaries, and building the capacity to stay present and effective without overriding what’s real.
