Practitioner & Leadership Consultation

A trauma-informed, somatic consultation service for professionals who hold responsibility for others.

Supervision & Consultation

This is an ongoing consultation space for practitioners and leaders working beyond the limits of a single model, role, or framework.

We work somatically and systemically with how authority, responsibility, and relational pressure are held in the body, and how they quietly shape decisions, boundaries, and moments where progress stalls or patterns repeat.

This space is for those who hold clients, teams, or institutions and need a place where they are not performing, teaching, or containing others.

Is this You?

✔️ Feeling stretched thin by responsibility, or no longer sure what’s yours to hold

✔️ Navigating client rupture, role confusion, or subtle boundary blur

✔️ Carrying decision-making weight without a place to metabolise its impact

✔️ Holding somatic countertransference without a place to process it

✔️ Overgiving, undercharging, or emotionally over-investing in clients

✔️ Neurodivergent (diagnosed or not), and craving a non-pathologising, relationally-accurate lens

✔️ Growing faster than your framework, and needing structural clarity

✔️ Craving a space where you get to be the client

Meet Tanya

Tanya is an integrative psychosomatic practitioner offering IFS-informed, somatic, and systemic consultation for practitioners and leaders.

Her work sits at the intersection of trauma-informed practice and real-world power dynamics, shaped by:

  • Advanced training in somatic trauma, Internal Family Systems (IFS), polyvagal theory, and systemic approaches

  • Years inside international corporate and communication environments, informing her sensitivity to authority, language, hierarchy, and decision-making under pressure

  • Lived experience navigating complexity across cultures, identities, and professional roles

Tanya runs an independent international online practice and supports clients who are outwardly capable but internally overextended — where responsibility exceeds available structure.
